General Policy
Products purchased can be returned for refund if requested within 14 days from day of receipt. A return request can be made by filling out the linked form.
If your RMA Request is approved or denied, you will be notified by the contact method(s) provided in the request. If you request for us to provide a return label, you will receive it at this time as well.
It is recommended that you provide us with a tracking number if you purchase your own label which you can simply respond to your approval notice with the tracking number or picture of the shipping label. Providing the tracking number is not required, but can simplify the process.
The following requirements must be met:
- An approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for your return to be considered valid. Any items returned without following the RMA process provided or with a rejected return request will not be considered valid and will not qualify for a refund
- Item must be undamaged and must have any original tags still attached
- Any and all personalized or customized items are ineligible for return – No Exceptions!
Failure to follow these requirements could result in your return being considered invalid for breach of return agreement.
Some items may not be eligible for return if they are purchased during a sale or discounted over 45% of the original price (excluding Black Friday). Any items considered clearance or any items that are marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.” This may include certain items like bags or any accessories or customizable pieces that cannot be resold to the general public. This also includes (and by requirement):
- Food Items
- Current Dated Items
- Personal Hygiene or Intimate Items
- Hazardous Materials
- Gift-Cards
- Healthcare Products
Any and all personalized or customized items are ineligible for return no exceptions
When you do your RMA Request, you have the option to request a shipping label for the return. (This is provided for a flat fee of $3.00). You are more than welcome to purchase your own return shipping. If you do not check the box to specify you need a return label you will have to contact us to request one, we do not provide one automatically.
Once your RMA is approved, shipped and is delivered to us. We will initiate the refunding of the transaction. This process can take up to 14-Days to fully process depending on your bank or processed payment method. You will receive a special notification when this is done to inform you the refund has been issued. This will likely come from our Payment Process Provider.
A Return label can be included for $3.00 if requested in your RMA Request

Keep in mind the following:
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your products to arrive may vary.
- If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot always guarantee that we will receive your returned item and this will help in the event of a lost package dispute.
Failure to follow these policy guidelines may result in your refund being denied. Please keep the following in mind:
- Any items returned in a condition that are noticeably altered or damaged from its original production state will not be accepted and will be considered to violate the RMA Agreement.
- Items returned without an approved RMA Agreement will be denied and will not be accepted. We will not be liable or responsible for items that are sent without RMA and are not required to return them to you.
- We are not responsible for items lost in transit with the carrier. If it is not delivered to us we are not obligated to issue a refund. Although we may decide to do so at our discretion
- We have the right to deny your return if you do not follow the specifications outlined in this policy and upon inspection of returned items can deduct amounts from refund if the item is not able to be resold based on condition at final inspection.
For any of but not limited to the reasons listed here, we reserve the right to deny a refund. However, as long as you follow the policy requirements in most cases we likely will issue your refund as we want you to have a positive customer experience. In the event we deny your refund, you will be given documentation regarding a decision of this nature via email and it will be documented with our payment processor to be submitted in the event of chargeback claims.
Unfortunately at this time international returns are not accepted.
