If you have yet to receive your order, please insure that you have checked your tracking number that is provided. If by chance the item is lost through the carrier we will provide you a full refund for the item or offer a free replacement based on your request.
At this time, we do not accept exchanges but we do accept returns.
We do accept returns for products so long as you follow the return policy and have requested the return within 14 days from date of delivery.
Standard payment methods accepted are standard credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) as well as any alternative methods you may see at time of checkout.

Sales Tax: Sales tax is only applied to orders shipped to the state of Texas and is the standard Texas rate.
